As a contemporary Artist in East Sussex, David Armitage's subject matter spans war, grief, passion, celebration, time and more, tackling the grand as well as the more down-to-earth.

His abstract paintings have been circulated in exhibitions around the world for over 50 years, and to this day David continues to paint.
